An Azeri business delegation visits the Qatari Businessmen Association

The Qatari Businessmen Association held a working meeting with a delegation of Azeri businessmen accompanying President Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the sidelines of their visit to Doha to discuss bilateral economic relations and means of boosting them.
The Qatari side welcomed the visit of the Azeri delegation and stressed its importance in supporting and developing the distinguished bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the desire of Qatari businessmen to benefit from the investment opportunities available in Azerbaijan.
For his part, the side reviewed investment incentives in Azerbaijan with the necessary infrastructure and investment opportunities in many sectors such as agriculture, food processing, tourism, technical communications, alternative energy, construction materials, the chemical sector, lighting, Which is a priority for foreign investors in the non-oil sector. An industrial zone in Azerbaijan has been built to achieve the objectives of promoting economic priority.
It is worth noting that the Azeri country relations have a fruitful history of more than 23 years, which culminated in the establishment of the joint committee and the conclusion of 25 agreements covering various sectors such as information and communications technology, information exchange and emergencies. The Azerbaijani president in other fields, in a way that enhances the strategic partnership between the two countries, which has been active in various fields such as energy, tourism, agriculture and others in a favorable environment in Azerbaijan to establish promising Qatari investments.
