The Embassy works to protect and care for the interests of the State of Qatar and its citizens, also working on the development of relations and various aspects of cooperation with the Republic of Azerbaijan through constant communication with the Azerbaijani government and members of the parliament and various political parties as well as business world, media outlets, intellectuals and academics, and other incumbents of the Azerbaijani society. 

The embassy endorses the important political roles played by the State of Qatar on the regional and international arena, as well as highlights its efforts in promoting international peace and security, maintenance of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and supports democracy and peoples’ benefits. In addition, the mission defines the Qatar State’s leading experience and extensive standing in establishing a modern state to elevate the pattern of living level and welfare of its citizens, and offer the development projects and programs for the peoples of the world, also charity and relief aid.
