On September 26, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Khalaf Khalafov met the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Azerbaijan Yousef bin Hassan al-Saai. During the meeting, the current state of relations between the two countries was discussed.
