The Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Azerbaijan held a reception on the occasion of the National Day on Monday, 16/12/2019. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Mr. Kamal Al-Din Hidarov - Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Cases representing the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The reception was also attended by a number of government officials, members of parliament and heads of Diplomatic missions accredited to the Republic of Azerbaijan and representatives of the resident United Nations offices, in addition to a number of businessmen, journalists and intellectuals.

On this occasion, His Excellency Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab delivered a welcome speech that touched on the history of the national day, the achievements of the State of Qatar and the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
